Marc Bern is not just any lawyer. In fact he really helps people. In our modern world people are always getting injured by the many new technologies and situations that come up. There are many other cases of people being injured by a company being careless. Drug companies are especially notorious for releasing drugs that are actually very dangerous. These drugs can have terrible side effects, like increase in heart attack or stroke. They can even have terrible side effects that do not show up until many years later.
